Next working day delivery on orders made by 12 noon Monday-Thursday. Applies to mainland UK only. Excludes bank holidays.
Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Standard UK delivery charges excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of White and Isle of Man. For these area please contact us for more information of carriage costs.
Free standard delivery on orders over £150.
Standard delivery only applies to mainland UK orders and excludes remote and offshore areas.
Standard delivery excludes weekends - please contact us if you require a Saturday delivery.
Any damages must be notified within 24 hours. Any notification after this point can't be processed due to us not being able to claim against the courier.
Certain products attract a delivery surcharge due to weight or volume.
ReturnsThe return of goods is entirely at the discretion of Scottish Disposable Supplies Ltd.
Goods must be returned to Scottish Disposable Supplies Ltd within 14 days of delivery. Scottish disposable Supplies Ltd reserves the right to charge the customer a handling fee of 25% of the cost of the goods.
For returns to be considered, goods must be in their original condition.
All goods will be inspected on return.
All exchanges will automatically be sent to the same delivery address as original order, should you need to change this let us know via e-mail.
If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
Goods which have been manufactured to customer's requirements (e.g. printed products) cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Scottish Disposable Supplies should be advised within 5 days of the delivery date of any such defect.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage.
